Refund policy
It is the goal of Skin Deep by Shae for each customer to be happy and satisfied with their purchase. Due to the personal nature of these products, returns cannot be accepted.
If your order is not picked up in a timely manner, your order will be refunded minus a restocking fee. This restocking fee also applies to orders that are returned to sender and the customer opts to not have it reshipped. (Restocking fee= 25% of the total paid for products and any applicable taxes)
If merchandise is damaged, defective or faulty, Skin Deep by Shae will work with you to provide a mutually beneficial solution. Please notify us of any issue within 72 hours of the delivery date of your order.
