Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING CAN TAKE UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS, NOT INCLUDING HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS.
Please allow 10 business days before contacting the Skin Deep team. Orders are then typically delivered in 2-5 business days after shipping. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please DOUBLE CHECK your address before completing your order. We CANNOT be held responsible for shipping issues that arise as a result of address errors. You will have the option to pay to have your order reshipped OR receive a refund MINUS the cost of shipping and a restocking fee of 25% of the total paid for the products + any applicable taxes. (Resources and labor were used to fulfill your order. ) This restocking fee also applies to orders that are not picked up in a timely manner.
Route Shipping Protection is offered at checkout for a small percentage of your order total. Once the item is shipped off, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If any issues arise, please reach out to the shipping carrier and Route shipping protection, which offers order replacement before contacting Skin Deep by Shae so that we can all be updated on the status of claims. Customers are responsible for filing claims for packages. We do not accept responsibility for shipping delays.
Due to the nature of the products, specifically the body and face scrubs, body butters, and masks; if possible retrieve your items from outside in a timely fashion. Melting can occur but will not interfere with the product's capabilities. Place products in the fridge for best use.
