Idk how to feel

It feels really good when I first apply but after a few minutes my skin starts to feel really dry and tight! Is that normal? I really want to like this because I love the blueberry delight toner and h2glo moisturizer so I got this to try because it’s something that’s a little heavier.. but idk how I feel. I’ve been using for a few days. Maybe I’ll give it a little longer .
